I currently work as the Social Media Strategist for The Entourage Group, an international hospitality company behind renowned venues such as MR PORTER, IZAKAYA, and MOMO.

In this role I provide the overall strategic direction and creative framework for the group’s global digital presence. I am responsible for developing long-term social media strategies and visual guidelines that ensure each luxury brand maintains a distinctive, premium identity while achieving a 25% increase in group-wide engagement year-over-year.

My role balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution. I work directly on-site across venues to capture and produce high-end content, developing viral-optimized Reel concepts and editing video assets that have garnered over 1.2 million total views to date. A primary focus of my tenure has been the 360-degree launch of MR PORTER London; by implementing a dedicated "from-scratch" growth strategy, I successfully built the account to 13.7K followers within its first 7 months, outperforming initial growth KPIs by 40% and establishing a dominant digital presence in the competitive London dining scene.

Beyond content creation, I oversee the end-to-end management of all accounts, from scheduling and community management to rigorous KPI reporting. By analyzing performance data, I have been able to refine our posting cadences and content pillars to drive a 30% increase in reservation-intent actions (such as website clicks and "Book Now" taps). This data-driven approach ensures that our digital storytelling doesn’t just build brand equity, but directly contributes to the commercial success and evening-to-evening occupancy of each venue.
