Prior to commencing university, I spent a gap year in London working as Social Media & Events Manager at Deliciously Ella, where I contributed to brand growth and audience engagement during a formative stage of the company’s digital presence in the following ways:
Led Instagram content creation, contributing to ~25% follower growth and a 30% increase in average engagement rate through consistent, on-brand storytelling
Supported and managed 20+ brand and influencer partnerships, helping campaigns reach 100k+ combined impressions across social platforms
Planned and executed 8 public-facing events and activations, attracting 150–300 attendees per event and driving significant community engagement and user-generated content
Managed multiple concurrent workstreams across social, partnerships, and events, delivering high-quality output across 3+ channels in a fast-paced environment
